This program is designed for rising leaders that are high potentials or are newer to managing teams.

The Leadership Development Coaching is a one on one “thinking partnership” designed to help the client level up and better understand how to successfully lead or work more effectively with others. During this program a fassforward Coach will be on retainer for the client. The retainer allows the Client to work with the Coach on an as-needed basis and up to a total of 18 hours over six months. This allows the coach to provide real-time assistance to the client as challenges and important developments occur.
