Products are slow to market, sales slump, initiatives are put on hold — all in the gap between strategy and execution.
Plans are essential to get people moving forward, to get them working on the same page. But typical planning processes don’t work. We wildly under-estimate how long things will take. We set unrealistic deadlines. We avoid tough decisions. We spend too long planning and not enough time doing.
Outcome Planning is here to help you build a better plan. It’s an agile approach to planning with simple, proven, practical steps. Outcome Planning is a ‘How’ that gets your people on the same page, connects the dots between strategy and tactics, drives action on your team, and moves work forward.
What you get.
Building skill and business capability.
Our Outcome Planning training is live-online. Designed to deliver intimacy, insight, interaction, and impact. Our facilitators are experts in creating experiences, amplifying relevance, and using stories to create a connection with the content, and ‘Aha’ moments.
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
Curiosity is the spark behind the spark of every great idea. Get clarity on the vision, mission, or goals. Unpack the strategy and get everyone on the team up to speed.
When nothing goes right... Go left. Look at the problem through a different lens, and turn it around. Get really clear on what your goals are.
Strategy requires thought, tactics require observation. Unpack the assets at your disposal. Bring in different experiences and ideas. Look for options.
If it can go wrong, it will. Especially if people are involved. Define the ‘happy path’ — the assumptions we make for how this will go. Now try to knock the plan off its path.
Plans are useless, but planning is indispensable. Work through the few well-focused actions that will move you to your outcome.
