Jim Gerace

Jim Gerace is an accomplished senior communications executive who’s enjoyed a successful career in financial and M&A communications, as well as media relations, employee communications and government liaison. As an expert in developing high-performance teams and culture, he offers experienced counsel to CEOs and junior colleagues alike.

Jim retired as Chief Communications Officer at Verizon after 37 years with the company.  Jim directed communications and media relations across the entire corporation internationally, while also handling corporate-wide issues management and executive and employee communications.

Jim has served on numerous boards, including as President of Jersey Battered Women’s Service, a nonprofit that provides life-saving services to victims of domestic violence.

Jim received a degree in Communications from the University at Buffalo.
