Bob started his career as an engineer with a simple thirst to build something that mattered. After four years of constructing complex hospitals and science labs, he realized his interest in organizational and human design was stronger than his interest in architectural design. Bob would go on to earn two graduate degrees from Cornell University including a Masters in Labor Relations from the Cornell School of Labor and a Masters in Business Administration from the Johnson Graduate School of Management.
For the next 13 years, Bob worked in consulting and industry, helping Fortune 500 leaders transform their organizations to be more flexible, scalable, and change-ready. Most recently, he served as the Director of Organizational Change Management in PepsiCo's Strategy and Transformation organization, where he led the Change Management Office for PepsiCo's Global Business Services.
From these achievements, Bob realized his passion lay in developing transformational leaders more than organizational structures. This led him to join fassforward, where he focuses exclusively on helping business leaders evolve into the transformational figures he knows they can be.
Bob also has a love for jazz music and the way it sounds on a vinyl record player in the quiet of the evening.
"Thanks to Bob and team for their guidance and to my Allstate friends and colleagues for being open to change at every level. I had some real lightbulb moments in this session about my own communication style and have already put the learnings to good use!"
