Sally is an unofficial, part-time Ombudsman, full-time client-focused advocate, and on occasion is known to do what it takes to keep our operations fine-tuned and up and running.
Sally has over 35 years of experience in sales and operations. She has extensive experience in business-process growth initiatives and operational excellence. She has been a trusted advisor to CEOs and CFOs. She's had several executive roles in technology and research fortune 500 companies each focused on building and sustaining excellent client experience and operational excellence. She has expertise in client relationship management, business process management, business operations, product and solution sales. She led teams during integral acquisitions and was often the liaison between the companies. Sally rolled up her sleeves to get the job done. She mentored, nurtured strengths, mitigating weaknesses, coached and inspired her teams through inevitable times of change.
Having dabbled in buying and fixing several houses, Sally loves the thrill of making something old and worn into modern, funky and beautiful. She thinks she could do it at least one more time.
