“People aren’t connecting their day to day actions to our broader strategy.”
Execution validates strategy. But too often we’re not executing the strategy. We’re missing the link between day-to-day actions and the businesses vision, mission and purpose. Employees are rule-bound and either transact around policy and procedure, or choose to do what they did yesterday.
In the one-day Critical Thinking workshop, you’ll learn how to create outcomes in a reasoned, logical and systematic way. Critical Thinking allows an organization to adopt focused actions that move strategy forward.
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
Overcome functional fixedness to solve a problem in a new way.
Create and test ideas which can lead to concrete outcomes.
Walk away with tangible actions against the strategy that they can execute on.
Professional skills gained:
Move the strategy from concept to plan that maps to a concrete outcome.
