The workshop is highly interactive and tailored to your needs. Participants may be asked to submit content ahead of time. A subset of these is chosen to discuss in small groups. This workshop is part of fassforward's Lead Series.

Execution validates strategy. But too often we’re not executing the strategy. We’re missing the link between day-to-day actions and the businesses' vision, mission, and purpose. Employees are rule-bound and either transact around policy and procedure or choose to do what they did yesterday.
In the one-day Critical Thinking workshop, you’ll learn how to create outcomes in a reasoned, logical and systematic way. Critical Thinking allows an organization to adopt focused actions that move the strategy forward.
At the end of the workshop, participants will:
Overcome functional fixedness to solve a problem in a new way.
Create and test ideas that can lead to concrete outcomes.
Walk away with tangible actions against the strategy that they can execute on.
