Leadership Thinking

Your Challenge:

“I struggle to lead through the volatility, complexity and pace of change."

How often do you think about how you think? When was the last time you sat down to think about how you act or how you lead? How we think informs who we are as a leader. It informs what we care about, what we focus on, the conversations we have, and the following we create.

In the one-day Leadership Thinking workshop, we’ll explore how you think as a leader. How to move from fixed thinking to outcome creating. Approach real business challenges in “real time”, with an agile, outcome-oriented mindset. Move past working in silos or in opposition to one another. Instead, tap into one another by understanding you and your colleagues assets and biases.

At the end of the workshop, participants will:

  • Have a strategic mindset with the ability to make quick decisions in challenging, ambiguous situations.

  • Move from firefighting and reacting to problems, to being proactive and creating outcomes.

  • Overcome unconscious biases that undermines our thinking.

Professional skills gained:

  • Leadership

  • Decision Making

  • Change Management

Develop an agile leadership mind to take on today’s challenges.
