Dr. Frost empowers clients to harness the transformational power of mindfulness, intentional living, and a robust growth mindset as the direct route to a healthy, balanced and successful life - both in and out of the workplace.
With two decades of experience, and extensive study in health, wellness, sociology, and psychology, she believes that everyone can cultivate the skills to create optimal health, peak performance, confidence in every situation, and deep inner joy. Dr. Frost’s welcoming presence, practical strategies, and comprehensive approach enables leaders and their teams to elevate their performance by first understanding and subsequently modifying negative behavioral patterns - awareness always precedes change!
Dr. Frost earned her B.A. in Sociology from Iona College and an M.A. in Psychology from Columbia University's Teacher's College. Her doctoral degree is in Health Education from Columbia as well and was hard-earned while raising four young children and starting a small business.
Dr. Frost maintains a healthy balance in her own life with a consistent yoga practice at her studio, Balance Yoga & Wellness, a daily journaling practice, and a whole lot of time with her husband Dave, their incredible kids, and a sweet pup called Coco.
